  Project Estimating Jobs

  As Estimator, you will act as the principal point of contact for inquiring customers: answering calls, fielding emails, and seeking out new leads using Construct Connect Insight, File Transfer Protocols, and bidding software. By gathering information and analyzing important metrics, you will prepare accurate quotes that ensure customers have the right products, services, and pricing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who seeks out additional work without being prompted by their supervisors.

  Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Daily monitoring of project leads and specification websites

  2. Answering customer inquiries

  3. Reviewing construction drawing sets

  4. Determining key variables of cost

  5. Use software for data analysis and budgeting

  6. Creating and submitting quotations for new projects

  7. Creating project orders

  8. Coordinating between customers and office staff

  9. Providing consultation on planning

  Skills and Abilities Required:

  Full Time Production Jobs

  $500 starting bonus. 1st shift - competitive pay.

  Most of the job positions are in aluminum sawing, punching, packaging, and assembly.

• Drafter

  Drafter Jobs

  As a drafter at Architectural Louvers, you will provide our customers with an accurate drawing representation of our louvers. This is utilized as part of the submittal process to Architects and requires evaluation of the building plans and specifications for dimensions, fit, and function. In addition, you will provide the manufacturing plant with drawings for sawing, punching, and assembly of our products. Drawings are created using computer-aided-design (CAD) software in 2D. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail oriented, and reliable.

  Skills and Attributes we cherish:

  1. Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role

  2. Hands-on experience with computer aided design (CAD) software

  3. Good math skills

  4. Ability to meet deadlines

  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  6. Thorough and reliable

  7. Willingness to take on new responsibilities

  Qualifications:

  1. Associates degree in drafting or design preferred

  2. Two years related experience preferred

These are permanent jobs with great benefit package, competitive wage, plus bonus program.

We manufacture aluminum louver products of all types: wall louvers, equipment screens, sunshades, and awnings. These are sold throughout the U.S. to construction contractors. We get praise for being responsive, timely, and delivering a very high quality product.
